New blog: LUNJASKY

Dear followers!

I'm sorry I've been away for so long, there have been a lot of things happening in my life and I couldn't find the time to blog. So much stuff happened since I last wrote on this blog! After so much time off from blogging I've wanted to turn a new leaf and start a whole new blog. I always felt that I couldn't change the theme of this blog as much as I wanted, so I decided to start a new blog on a different platform. I really like the look of it, it looks exactly like I've always wanted it to look.

Goodbye summer

Nika and I both couldn't wait to show you the photos from the latest photo shoot. We decided to wear something more summer-ish for the last warm day this year.  We went to the park near by and we were chasing the last sunrays before the storm, at the very end it started raining.
The photos are taken by the lovely Katja Černe. We worked with her for the first time and the results are amazing in my opinion. She is such a good photographer and the shoot was super fun and not at all awkward, which can often happen if someone you don't know very well takes your photos. I really hope we can work with her in the future. What do you guys think about this post and the photos :)?

Instaweeks

I had birthday a few weeks ago, and my mum got me this beautiful pink wallet. I adore it, I just want to pay something all the time just to have an excuse to pull it out of my bag :). She also got me these beautiful flowers, that are not so beautiful anymore, cause I forgot to water them :/.

These beautiful bouquet of flowers was given to me by my grandmother. Don't you think it's the most beautiful bouquet you have ever seen! Only the quality of the photo could be better.

I've been wanting to get myself a small tattoo for a while now. And I was so excited when my boyfriend said he would buy me a tattoo for my birthday. So I wanted something simple and cute, and I got myself a small heart on wrist. I adore it, and it was totally worth the pain I felt during the tattoo process.

A few of my outfits I wore to school during the week :). I love my new white lace peplum top from H&M!

Went to Mexican food place with my boyfriend on Friday. The food was delicious, Mexican is probably my favorite food. We also had very good non alcoholic cocktails. Mine was called Toblerone and it was super sweet and very tasty :).

I think the spring is the most beautiful season of the year! I saw a small meadow full of daisies in front of my apartment building today and had to take a photo.

We celebrated my mother's birthday today and went to the beautiful restaurant. I had an asparagus salad for starter and yes it did taste as delicious as it looks on this photo. For the main dish I had an octopus salad (I really love salads) but unfortunately I ate it before I remembered to take a photo.

I had a very good coffee latte after lunch, and if you read the title of this blog you can assume I am a big fan of lattes. My favorite kinds are vanilla and caramel latte.

Heels vs boyfriend jeans

It was another sunny day and a perfect day for making beautiful pictures. Nika and I knew we had to have a photoshoot that day. And we did, and I think the photos turned out great. It was pretty windy that day so my hair are a bit windswept on some photos. 

I was so happy I could dress a bit more elegant and wear my Dorothy Perkins nude pumps. Nika was going for more casual look in her boyfriend jeans, a hat and flats.

Graffiti take over the streets

Saturday was finally full of sunshine and spring-like weather so Nika and I went out to take some photos. We went to a party place called Meta that looks really cool during the day, because there are graffiti everywhere and crazy sculptures. We were both so happy with how the photos turned out, what do you think? 

I was so happy I could wear my lovely leopard flats outside for the first time. They were a little bit to small for me at first (I bought the last pair, a size to small but couldn't resist) but luckily they softened up and were completely comfortable after a few hours. I hope the days in Ljubljana will be getting warmer and warmer, my winter clothes are so boring to me now, since I had to wear them for 3 months now.

I was wearing: ZARA flats/shoes, H&M skinny jeans, ZARA top, Bershka leather jacket and H&M hat.

Nika was wearing: New Yorker leggings, Converse shoes, OVS top and a coat from ebay. 

I have to thank you all for your lovely comments on previous post, I was so happy when I read them. I checked all blogs today and followed quite a few. I would be really happy if you could follow Fashion latte with vanilla on bloglovin and/or Instagram, I promise I will follow back most fashion blogs. I hope you have a great week.                  

The city beach

Although it doesn't seem like in this pictures the spring is finally coming to Ljubljana. Hopefully those are the last winter/fall outfits you will see until September. The photos were taken near the river that runs through our city and this particular spot is called ''The beach''. Young people hang out here at night when the temperature rises above 20'C. I'm sorry those photos are not as good as those in previous post, but Nika and I  had exactly 13 minutes to take them, because I had driving lessons afterwards and that was the only free time I had that day.

I was wearing: Ugg boots, Hollister jeggings, a white tank top from H&M, Chanel glasses, a blue cardigan from my sister's closet and a lovely jacket from H&M.

Nika was wearing: ZARA boyfriend jeans and ZARA sweater, an ESPRIT coat, H&M necklaces and Vogue glasses.
